Do I have to receive both doses?

Receiving both doses is critical for full protection, when you receive your first dose, you will be given information on returning for your second dose. Your immune system will respond and you will have full protection usually 1-2 weeks after your second dose.

What should I do after receiving the first shot?

You will have to wait about 15-30 minutes after your vaccine to be monitored for any adverse reactions.

Almost all side effects of the vaccine are mild. They can include pain and/or soreness at injection site, fatigue, headache, body aches, or minor cold symptoms. After your vaccination you should continue to wear your mask, social distance, and wash your hands to keep your neighbors safe.
